Cancellations and Refunds on Custom Suits

You may cancel your order within 24 hours free of charge. You may also cancel your order between 24 and 48 hours and get refunded minus a $65 processing fee. After that period no cancellations will be accepted. 

We also do not refund any custom order after you received it, no matter the reason. We will however fix your suit and make sure you are happy with the end results. 

Please note that if we need to alter a suit because of an order or measurement error, charges may apply. We will fix for free any mistakes coming from our part. Each case is unique, please refer to our Fitting and Alterations page before sending your suit back and we will find a solution together.
