Returns and Alterations on Generic Sizes Suits

Our generic sizes are built on pre-determined patterns. We use the International Body Size Standards for our fits and all the body measurements are posted on the product pages. Make sure you measure yourself before ordering as re-fitting would be expensive and not worth pursuing.

Student suits are intended to be very loose fitting to accommodate a wider range of body types. We will not re-fit these suits to be tighter on you. 

If you want to return your suit for any reasons and it has not been worn, you can ship it back to us and we will refund you minus the shipping cost. If you want to exchange it you just have to cover the shipping back to us. We will not refund or exchange any generic suits that has been jumped.

If you need any alterations, you need to obtain an approval before shipping your suit back to us and the repairs will be done at a rate of $65/hour plus shipping costs.
